What happens if my order isn't ready until after office hours?

Our fabric banners are great for photo opportunities at your big event or for promoting your grand opening. Just upload your design and we'll do the rest.

Any defects discovered with banner hardware/stands must be reported and returned to Prima within 48 hours of purchase for review and consideration for an exchange. No refunds will be given on banner hardware/stands.
