Reseller Terms & Conditions

Gang Run Printing:
Prima cannot guarantee the exact color and/or exact cuts for gang run and same day
service orders. Our standard policy is for up to a 10% allowance for over or under runs.
This means that you may receive 10% more or less than the quantity ordered.
If your job is color critical or must be finished to a specific size, please request a “printed
press proof.” Prices and turnaround times for jobs which require a printed proof will
vary from advertised prices. There may be an additional cost for press proofs. Prima
cannot guarantee the print quality of jobs with “heavy ink coverage.”

Tier Placement:
New reseller will be placed in tier 1 and will be evaluated after 90 days to determine
appropriate tier level. After the initial 90 days, reseller will be evaluated monthly on a
3-6 month average.

Order Methods:
Reseller can order online through the reseller link or call & email files.
If reseller chooses not to order online, a processing fee of $4.95 per file will be added to
the order.

Payment Policy:
Reseller is required to pay when ordering.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled and we cannot accept any replacement
files or revisions. Please make sure to provide us with the “final print files.” Full or
partial refunds will be issued only for printing mistakes made by Prima and at Prima’s

Technical Difficulties:
If machinery is temporarily out of service reseller can request a full refund. If reseller
keeps order with Prima, we will provide 10% of the order for pickup, free of charge.

Quantities of 5,000 will be available at the end of the following day. If orders exceed
5,000 (such as 10,000), 5,000 will be printed each following day (10,000 = 2 day
turnaround). A $50 rush charge can be applied to order each additional 5,000 bundle
for next day pickup.
For same day turnarounds all orders must be placed by 3pm. For next day
turnarounds, Tier 1 must place orders by 6pm, Tier 2 by 7pm, and Tier 3 by 8pm. No

Pickup & Shipping:
A representative will contact you once your order is completed and ready to pickup. At
your request, your order may be left outside the Prima office for pickup after business
hours. Although there is video surveillance, Prima is not responsible for any orders left
outside to be picked up after business hours.
Non-branded, brown box packaging is provided by Prima. Tier 3 resellers may provide
Prima with personalized packaging. Because shipping carriers are beyond our control,
Prima is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping.

Privacy Statement:
Any information we collect from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared
with any other company.

Policy Changes:
Prima may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any
changes will become effective immediately upon being posted, unless we state
